Behind The Grill
Chef Mike Desisto entered the culinary field as a young middle school student. With Italian family roots, his attraction to the comfort and connection that food delivers was something he was able to distinguish quickly and wanted to further develop.
From timeless classics like savory chicken wings or fresh daily empanadas to signature shrimp scampi, garlic bread or the fireman’s flaming chorizo, theres surely something for everyone at the 19th.
Whether its a light dish to start off your meal, something to snack on during your tour through some of the PGA’s finest courses or just a bite to go on your way home these delectable dishes are sure to please.
